The Highland Junior Varsity Bowling team fell to North Royalton 1562-1407 on Tuesday, December 2nd at Yorktown Lanes. The Hornets started the evening with a two-game series of 1065 (545-520) against the Bears' 1159 (588-571). Royalton pulled away in Bakers with a 403 (148-131-124) to Highland's 342 (131-93-118). Junior Chase Stastny led the team with a 242 (122-120), including the Hornets' high game for the night. Freshman Logan DeVoe followed with a 228 (121-107). Junior Ryan Paulus bowled a 219 (114-105). Freshman Connor Skomski had a 207 (103-104). Freshman Mason Everly 169 (85-84) rounded out Highland's efforts. The JV Hornets host Solon at AMF Riviera Lanes on December 8th.
