Junior Chase Stastny Leads JV Bowling at Norton Panther Challenge

JUNIOR CHASE STASTNY LEADS JV BOWLING AT NORTON PANTHER CHALLENGE

On Saturday, the Junior Varsity Bowling team placed 9th in the Norton Panther Challenge at Charger Lanes. The Hornets had a total pinfall of 2515, with 1673 (573-498-602) in the individual games and 842 (136-152-138-148-104-164) in the Baker games. Junior Chase Stastny led Highland with a 351 series (141-108-102) and the team's high game of the day. Senior Aubrey Seiberling was not far behind with a 327 (122-100-105). Freshman Logan DeVoe led the charge among the two-game bowlers with a 253 (119-134), followed by Sophomore Geo Kerechanin 248 (110-138) and Freshman Ben Cavanaugh 204 (81-123). Freshmen Mason Everly (99) and Conner Skomski (96) and Sophomore Aiden Kenner (95) also contributed. The Hornets take on the Kent-Roosevelt Rough Riders in a Suburban League matchup on Monday, January 12th at AMF Riviera Lanes. The team will also be celebrating Seniors, Andrew Talpas and Aubrey Seiberling.
